Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles, broken into large pieces
- 1 lb hot Italian sausuage
- 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package directions, drain. Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large skillet & drain. Add the noodles and all remaining ingredients to large skillet. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 6-8 minutes or until heated through the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Note: Sprinkle with a bit of chopped parsley before serving to give this a fancy, fresh look.
