Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. pork baby ribs
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 4 1/2 tsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- glaze (recipe below)
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp.thawed pinapple concentrate
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. hoisen sauce
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. minced gingeroot

Step 1
Pat ribs dry. Combine molasses,garlic salt,onion powder and worceshershire. Brush over meat. Place in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. In saucepan,mix soy sauce,pinapple juice concentrate,vinegar,hoisen sauce,ketchup,lemon juice,mustard, ginger,worcest.and garlic. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir occasionly. Coat grill with cooking spray. Brush ribs with glaze. grill 8-12 minutes brushing with glaze. Serve with glaze. Ganish with green onion.
