Ingredients
- 1 8 oz cream cheese; softened
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter; softened
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 3 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp chocolate liquor (optional)
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans; toasted

Step 1
In medium bowl beat cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter until creamy. Stir in the powdered sugar brown sugar, cocoa, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and chocolate liquor; if desired. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in the chopped pecans. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers. (triple recipe for 200 people)
