  • 1 1 /2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 drops yellow food coloring
  • 3 drops blue food coloring

Step 1

Cut white paper into 12 strips. Using an electirc mixer, beat sugar and egg white until thick and smooth, about 5 minutes. Divide the icing into 2 small bowls. Stirl the food coloring into the bowls.

Arrange paper strips side by side on work surface. Scrap yellow icing into a small plastic bag and snip off the corner. Pipe out icing onto paper strips in dots, about 1/3 inch apart in rows of 3.

When about a quarter of the icing remains do the same with blue and then mix blue and yellow to make green.

Let the dots sit out at room temperature for 12 hours or overnight until hard.
