Ingredients
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 3 eggs; beaten
- 3/4 cup Bisquick
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 lb. feta cheese; crumbled
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1/4 tsp. chopped onion

Preparation
Step 1
Drain spinach thoroughly, squeezing out all the water. With an electric beater beat together eggs, milk, Bisquick, salt, pepper and dill. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 10" greased pie plate.
Sprinkle with 1/4 Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
