Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts- cooked, skinned and boned
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Velvetta cheese
  • Tortilla chips or Doritos

Preparation

Step 1

Place cooked chicken in buttered pan. Saute onion and pepper. Sprinkle on top of chicken. Mix together soup, cheese, tomatoes and broth. Melt in microwave. Pour over chicken. Grate cheese over top (or slice) and add crushed chips. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
