Ingredients
- 4 cups brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 cups vanilla bean ice cream
- Ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan combine coffee, cinnamon and maple syrup over low heat.
Stir until syrup is dissolved into coffee but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat and place in refrigerator to chill for about 45 minutes.
Place about 1/2 cup ice cream in each serving glass. Pour over about 1/2 cup coffee syrup and repeat process until all ice cream and syrup have been used.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
