Ice Cream Cake

This chocolate cake recipe is what we used for an awesome treat -- simply slice the cake lengthwise and fill with vanilla ice and freeze. I like to cut individual servings then freeze them so one can enjoy this one serving at a time. Top it with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, nuts and a cherry.

Ingredients
- Mix the following in a large bowl:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- Make 3 wells and in a small bowl mix and stir:
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Mix lightly and pour 2 cups water over mixture. Beat.
