Ingredients
- 5 oz crumbled blue cheese (~1 cup)
- 6 TBS buttermilk
- 6 TBS sour cream
- 4 TBS mayonnaise
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 ts garlic powder
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mash blue cheese and buttermilk in small bowl with fork.
Stir in sour cream, mayo, vinegar, sugar, and garlic powder.
Adjust seasonining with salt & pepper to taste.
Dressing can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
