Ingredients
- 2 (15-oz.) cans garbanzo beans/chick peas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup peanut oil (high smoke point)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, toss garbanzos with remaining ingredients. Place beans on a jellyroll pan or rimmed cooking sheet. Bake till crisp, about 10 minutes or so. Let cool and place in a bowl to serve.
Can be made in advance and stored at room temperature, covered.
