Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 med. size cucumbers,, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 med. size garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbs. chopped, fresh mint
- 1 tsp. virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Fresh sprigs of mint for garnish
- Pita bread to serve

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, mix yogurt until creamy. Mix in cucumbers and then add crushed garlic, mint, olive oil and salt. Mix well. Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint for decoration. Serve at once or within 30 min. with pita bread.
