- Chicken, thinly sliced
- Flour
- Egg
- Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Take thin sliced chicken, dipped in flour, then egg. Brown approx. 3 minutes each side in frying pan with oil until golden brown.
In a saucepan melt 3-4 tabl. butter, 1 tablespoon flour, add 1/2 cup water, 1/4-1/2 cup Lemon juice, black pepper and parsley. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour over chicken and heat in oven covered for 15-20 minutes on 325 degrees.
