Ingredients
- 1 Two pound box of Spaghetti Noodles
- 2 Jars Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 Jar Creamy Alfeado Sauce (I use Classico)
- 1-2 Large Green Peppers
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 pounds Italian Sausage or Ground Hamburger
- 2 bags Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 bag Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
1. Get water boiling for spaghetti Noodles
2. Dice onion and Slice Green Peppers
3. Fry Sausage, adding the onion and green peppers to mixture, until browned
4. Cook Spaghetti to driections on box
5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
6. Spray 13 by 9 inch baking dish
7. Drain Spaghetti, add back to pot cooked in, OFF Heat.
8. Add 3 jars of sauce and Mix well. I find a Spaghetti Spoon works well to mix.
9. Add half of the Spaghetti mix to bottom of dish.
10. Add sausage,onion, and pepper mix in a layer
11. Sprinkle with mozzerlla cheese
12. Top with last half of Spaghetti mix.
13. Sprinkle with both cheeses on Top
Bake 45 minutes. Let sit 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into. This dish freezes very if you have left overs.
