Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, melted + 1 tbsp to grease pan
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup unsweetened dutch cocoa powder
- 3 eggs plus one extra yolk
- 1/4 cup erithrytol granulated or comparable sugar substitute (check conversion rate)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3.5 oz sugar-free dark chocolate (I use this), chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Grease a small baking dish with butter. I use this 5x7" dish, but an 8x8" or smaller will work.
-Mix butter, heavy cream and cocoa powder together until it there are no lumps.
-Add one egg at a time and continue to mix until incorporated.
-Add erithrytol, vanilla extract and salt. Mix in chocolate pieces.
-Using a spatula, fill baking dish with mix.
-Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly before cutting.
