Ingredients
- Cooked Mild Italian Chicken Sausage (Meat Dept), sliced on the bias in 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 pkg (7 oz) Food You Feel Good About Chopped Onions
- 1 pkg (7 oz) Food You Feel Good About Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Italian Classics Petite Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, Olive Oil, and Seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 of a 16 oz pkg Food You Feel Good About Uncooked Peeled & Deveined Shrimp from Belize, thawed, patted dry (about 20 pieces)
- 2 Tbsp chopped Food You Feel Good About Basil
- 2-3 fresh green onions, trimmed, chopped
- You'll Need: Braising pan

Preparation
Step 1
1.Heat basting oil in braising pan on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add sausage; cook 2-3 min, until browned. Remove from pan; set aside.
2.Add onion to pan; cook, stirring, 3-4 min, until onion begins to soften. Add sunrise blend; cook, stirring, 2-3 min to toast grains. Add tomatoes and water; stir to blend.
3.Return sausage to pan. Bring to a simmer on HIGH; cover. Transfer to oven. Cook 15 min.
4.Remove from oven. Carefully remove lid; avoiding steam. Layer shrimp on grain blend. Cover; return to oven; cook 5 min.
5.Remove from oven; let rest 10 min. Stir in basil and green onions
