Ingredients
- 1 1/2 LBS white button or baby bella mushrooms
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 medium shallots (about 1/3 cup), minced
- 5 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1 oz. dried porcini mushrooms, rinsed and minced
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- Wonton wrappers

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in skillet for about 30 seconds. Add chopped mushrooms and salt. Cover and cook until wilted.
Remove and place mushroom mixture in food processor. Add cream cheese and pulse until finely chopped. Add parmesan, parsley and pepper. Combine and cool filling before making ravioli's.
