Ingredients
- 3 c chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 c confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 c crushed peppermint candies
- 1 1 /2 c peppermint crunch baking chips
- 2 (12 oz) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
- garnish: crushed peppermint candies

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, combine crumbs, granulated sugar, and butter. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch deep-dish removable-bottom tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes; remove from oven, and let cool completely.
2. In a separate medium bowl, beat cream cheese at medium-high speed until smooth. Add confectioners' sugar and extracts, beating to combine. Add all peppermints and 1 container of whipped topping, beating until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared crust, smoothing surface. Chill for 8 hours or overnight. Top pie with 1 remaining container whipped topping. Garnish with crushed peppermint candies, if desired.
