Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
- 1/2 tsp. snipped chives
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme, crushed
- Generous pinch white pepper

Step 1
Melt butter in sall saucepan over medium heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes to blend flavors. Use with fish and vegetables. Makes 1/2 cup.
