Ingredients
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chili sauce
- 3/4 c. light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 pork chops, 1 1/2 inches thick

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients. Marinate pork chops, covered, for 3 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Broil or grill about 15-20 minutes on each side, brushing occasionally with remaining marinade.
