Ingredients
- 1/2 head red cabbage
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 4 scallions (chopped) use all of the scallion
- 1 cup slivered toasted almonds
- 4 TBLSP toasted sesame seeds
- 2 pkgs seasoned ramen noodles (break up in pieces.
- Dressing
- 3/4 cup veg. oil
- 2 TBLSP sesame oil
- 5 TBLSP red wine vinegar
- 4 TBLSP sugar
- 1/2 TBLS salt

Preparation
Step 1
Shredd both cabbages, chop scallions. Break the ramen noodles in pieces and mix all together.
Add dressing and mix well. Start out with 1/2 of the dressing recipe as it makes alot.
