Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 c. Bread Crumbs
  • 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
  • Sauce:
  • 16 oz. Sauerkraut
  • 1 can Whole Cranberries
  • 1 bottle Heinz Chili Sauce, fill with water
  • 1 c. Brown Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix meatball ingredients together and form small meatballs

Mix sauce ingredients well, pour over meatballs

Cook at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours
