Ingredients
- 1 T EVOO
- 8 oz. Mushrooms
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 # Lean Ground Beef or Turkey
- 1 24 oz. Jar Pasta Sauce
- 2 C Water
- 8 oz. Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
- 1 cup Italian Cheese, Shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Saute sliced mushrooms and chopped Red Bell Pepper in EVOO for about 10 minutes.
Add the meat and cook, breaking apart to a fine crumble.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Add 8 oz. pasta. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the Shredded Cheese and serve hot.
