Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushroom
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 4 cups dry bread cubes, about 7 slices
- 4 tablespoons broth

Step 1
Cook onion, celery, and mushrooms in butter until soft. Add the remaining seasonings, cook and combine with bread crumbs.
Toss with enough liquid to moisten. Bake for one hour until cooked.
