Ingredients
- 1 bag of thawed hash browns (cubed kind)
- 3 cans of chicken broth (mine were the 14.5 oz cans)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pound of Velveeta cheese
- 1 package of 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 bag of frozen veggies (Cauliflowr/Broccoli/Carrots)
- You can also add half an onion if you like or some chopped celery.

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss your hashbrowns into the crockpot
2. Add your can of cream of chicken soup
3. Add your velveeta cheese
4. Add the three cans of chicken broth and some salt and papper to taste.
5. Stir and cook about 5 hours,
6. Add yoru cream cheese about 30 minutes before serving.
Top with shredded cheese if you like!
