Cola Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/3 cup cola carbonated beverage (Coke)
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, cocoa and cola in medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat to the boiling point. Remove from heat.

Stir in icing sugar pecans and vanilla. Add more cola or icing sugar as needed to make a not too thick icing. Pour over warm cake.
