Ingredients
- 1 cup of unpopped popcorn- popped in an air popper
- 1 cup of butter
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of Karo Syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda

Step 1
Pop popcorn and placee in a large mixing bowl or in two 13X9" baking pans.
Heat butter, sugar, syrup and salt in a saucepan until bubbly. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. It should start to expand.
Pour a little over popcorn and stir. Continue process until popcorn is well coated. Spread popcorn inpans and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread it onto cookie sheets or sheets of foil to cool completely.
