- Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz
- Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 2 oz
- Salt, 1 dash

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly grease non-stick pan
Mix all ingredients
Roll to the size of a golf ball
Back for 20 minutes at 400 degrees - turning once during baking.
