  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water, to start
  • melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, salt and water in bowl to form stiff dough. Add more water, a little at a time, if needed. Let rest for 30 minutes. Roll egg size pieces very thin. Fry on hot griddle or pan 400F. Drops of water really bounce in a hurry when pan is hot enough. Cook until brown spots appear. Brush with melted butter and serve. Keep in towel if needed to be kept warm.
