Mom's Best Collard Greens
By lamarandrose
Like all of the best things in life, this recipe for Mom's Best Collard Greens is unbelievably simple. Collards, onion, garlic, broth, vinegar, and salt are all you need to make a batch of hearty and flavorful greens. These greens make a great side dish for chicken or fish, but you can also eat them on their own for a healthy, filling meal. This Southern staple is the perfect thing to make if you have been wary of using your slow cooker up until this point.
