Ingredients
- 1 can (13.8-ounce) refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, de-seeded and cut into strips
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into strips
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 15- x 10- x 1-inch baking pan. Unroll the dough into the prepared pan according to the package directions. Bake for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 3 minutes longer.
Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar over the baked crust. Top with the beef mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown, 6–10 minutes. Serve.
MY NOTES: Make this recipe into a stromboli or stuffed bread instead of pizza!
