  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into 3/4 inch balls.

Cover and refrigerate.

Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving.
