GRILLING SAUCE for Fish, Chicken, Meat

Ingredients

• 6 Tbs olive oil
• 1 tsp orange zest
• 6 Tbs orange juice
• 1 Tbs Fresh Ginger
• 1 tsp Hot Sauce
• 1 tsp salt & pepper, or to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and put on Fish, meat, chicken
and grill

Can add:
"Pineapple Salsa" when cooked
