    TEASPOON KOSHER SALT

  • TEASPOONS GROUND CUMIN

  • TEASPOONS CHILI POWDER

    TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER

  • 1

    CAN (8.5 OZ.)SWEET GOLDEN CORN, WHOLE KERNEL, DRAINED

  • ¼

    TEASPOON CHIPOTLE CHILI PEPPER (OPTIONAL)

  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, FRESH DICED TOMATOES, TORTILLA STRIPS, AND ONIONS

Directions

IN A SAUCEPAN, COOK ONIONS AND PEPPERS IN OIL FOR 10 - 15 MINUTES OVER MEDIUM HEAT. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM-LOW OR LOW AND COVER; SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES STIRRING EVERY FEW MINUTES. SERVE WITH OPTIONAL TOPPINGS, AS DESIRED.
