Ingredients
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, separeted
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Cream egg yolks, sugar, and oil together. Add dry ingredients. Fold in egg whits last. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Frost with cream chees icing.
