Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together margarine and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well and set aside. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and oats together. Stir in brown sugar mixture. Pat 2/3 of oat mixture in bottom of a greased jelly roll pan. Melt together chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and margarine; stir in walnuts. Spread fudge filling over the oat mixture. Drop remaining 1/3 of oat mixture on top of the fudge layer by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes; cut into bars.
