  • 1 bag Kraft Caramels or Kraft Caramel Chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Quick oats
  • 1 1/8 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) softened butter



Step 1

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and softened butter in stand mixer until blended. Pour 2/3-3/4 of mixture into sprayed or greased 9x13" pan. Reserve the rest of the batter for later. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While this is baking, unwrap the caramels and mix in a microwave-safe bowl with the sweetened condensed milk. Cook in the microwave for 1-minute increments until melted and just starting to bubble. (It will probably take about 3 minutes total.) Pour over baked layer. Crumble the remaining batter over the caramel layer. Return to the oven to bake another 15 minutes. Cool and cut.
