Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. provolone cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt provolone cheese in top of a double boiler over boiling water. Add American cheese and stir in heavy cream. Add cream cheese and stir until all the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and whip in seasonings.
Serve warm with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.
