Can be served with a cheese sauce or an asparagus sauce. Can also put chopped ham or turkey in the bottom of the ramekin.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 12 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- Dash of garlic salt
- Dash of White Wine Worchestershire sauce
- Sour Cream
- White pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Spray 6 individual souffle dishes with cooking spray. Add 1/4 c. cheese to each dish. Place the eggs, milk, garlic salt, and Worchestershire sauce in a blender. Blend until quite frothyu. Pour egg mixture into the dishes until full.
Spoon 1 Tbs. sour cream on top. Dust with pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until puffed and golden (approximately 30 minutes).
