Ingredients
- 600 g Casserole Steak, cubed
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 300 g Mushrooms, sliced
- 400 g Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup Beef Stock
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Paprika
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Coat beef with flour and brown in oil. Set aside.
Saute onion and garlic.
Stir in paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, beef stock and diced tomatoes.
Bake covered for 1 hour on low.
Stir in mushrooms and bake a further 15 mins.
Stir in peas and sour cream and bake a further 10 mins.
Serve with pasta, rice or mashed potato.
