Tropical HAWAIIAN Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup 100% Mango, Peach, Orange juice concentrate
• 2-3 hands full of Costco fruit mixture frozen mango, pineapples, papaya and strawberries
• Mango season use our beloved island fruits fresh to make this deliscious blend
• 1 scoop of Mila [ Optional] order at http://claudiagarcia.lifemax.net or www.lifemax.net/claudiagarcia
• if you use frozen fruit you do most likely not need to add ice any more unless it is not frozen enough
• add a hand full carrots, cabbage OPTIONAL
• Honey to sweeten if you need too

Preparation

Step 1

Blend on high until smooth !

IMPORTANT : instead of 100% Juice concentrate you can also add juice, milk, 1/2 and 1/2, yoghurt,vanilla soy or coconut milk as a base for icecream !
