Ingredients
- 6-8 Peppers - Green, Red and/or Orange
- 350 g Diced Tomatoes can
- 500 g Beef Mince
- 1 cup White Rice - Medium Grain
- 1 Large Brown Onion
- Mint
- Parsely
- Paprika
- Salt & Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
*Chop Onion and saute in frying pan
*Add Beef Mince to Onion and brown
*Add herbs and spices as desired
*Add diced tomato and stir
*Let cook for approx 5 minutes
*Add rice and mix
*Add approx 1 cup water and cook for approx 10-15 minutes
*Cut top of peppers and fill with mince filling
*Place peppers in a deep dish, upright if possible
*Sprinkle olive oil on top, as well as salt, pepper, paprika and add 1-2 cups water in dish.
*Cook in oven on 200c until rice has fully cooked.
