Ingredients
- 2 key limes
- 8 oz. jumbo crab meat
- 2 tbsp. key lime juice
- 1 tbsp. mirin
- 1 tsp. finely chopped chives
- 1 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno
- Maldon sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
Slice the key limes horizontally and cut out the skin and white pith. De-seed it. Cut out lime in wedges.
Mix in a bowl the crab meat, key lime juice,mirin, chives and jalapeno. Sprinkle with salt.
Spoon crab mixture into pita bread, crackers, or a potato chip cone (fried).
