Ingredients

• 1 T. oil
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 C. heavy cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 pinches nutmeg
• 3 oz. bacon
• 1 T. butter
• 12 oz. pizza dough

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Heat oil and add chopped onion. Cook while stirring until golden.

Combine cream, salt and pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in onion.

Dice bacon. Heat butter and fry bacon while stirring until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel.

Roll out pizza dough to 10" diameter and place on oiled baking pan. Spread onion mixture over dough and dot with bacon.

Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
