- bacon
- 2 onions
- 2 potatoes
- 1 grn pepper
- 1 can concomme
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 cans whole clams
- 2 cans diced clams
- 1/4 LB melted marg or butter
- 2 TBL flour
- 1 pt. cream (half & half)

Preparation
Step 1
dice bacon & simmer
in same pan simmer onions & potatoes
add diced grn. pepper if desired
add consomme & tomatoes
let it all simmer
add clams
SAUCE
make following sauce - add & let simmer
melt margerine
add flour & cream
stir & season
