Ingredients
- If Sauteeing…use:
- FISH TACOS…CLEAN…really good and easy
- Sautee or bake
- 2 tsp coconut oil in a large dutch oven.
- Cook for about five minutes on each side of fish.
- If baking
- Put fish in a large baking pan doused with lemon juice and salted to taste. Cook at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Wash and dry a large romaine leaf for each taco.
- Chop:
- Cucumber
- Celery
- Radish
- Napa cabbage
- Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee or bake the fish.
Sautee in dutch oven in 2 tsp coconut oil for fife mins on each side.
If baking, cook at 350 degrees for about ten to fifteen minutes in large baking dish.
Drizzle fish with lemon juice and salt.
Chop vegies while fish is cooking or before.
Drizzle lemon juice over chopped vegies and sprinkle with salt.
Put crumbled fish on large romaine leaf. Add chopped vegies on fish. Drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.
Fold romaine like a taco and eat or eat with fork like a salad.
