Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 can (796 ml) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup orzo
- 1/2 box mini meatballs (no Frills)

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, sauté onion, celery, carrots and garlic until tender, 7 minutes.
Add broths, oregano, basil, tomatoes, and orzo. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 5 minutes.
Add mini meatballs, and continue cooking 8 minutes or until meatballs are heated through and orzo is tender.
