Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 (26-oz.) cans/jars spaghetti sauce-your favorite
  • 2 (9-oz.) packages frozen cheese tortellini-your favorite
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 (16-oz.) packages frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients, except cheese, in slow cooker; blend well. Cover and cook on Low for about 4 hours. About 30 minutes before you are ready to serve, remove lid, sprinkle cheese over the top, replace lid and raise heat setting to High. Watch closely, as you don't want the cheese to burn or the pasta to get too mushy. Serve when cheese is melted on top.

SERVING SUGGESTION: A big salad and garlic toast.
