Ingredients

  • 1 med onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 TBL butter
  • 1 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 TBL canned chopped green chilies
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 flour tortillas (8")
  • 2 TBL canola oil
  • 3/4 C shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 TBL milk
  • 1 C (4oz) shredded jack cheese
  • chopped green onions
  • sliced olives

Preparation

Step 1

in sm skillet, saute onion in butter
until tender
remove from heat
stir in cream cheese, chilies & salt
until blended

in anotehr skillet, cook tortillas in oil
over med heat until warmed & lightly
browned on both sides
drain on paper towels
spoon 1/4 of cream mix down center of
each tortilla
sprinkle w/ chicken
roll up & place seam side down in 8"
square baking dish coated w/
cooking spray

bake uncovered @350 for 15 min
brush tops w/ milk
sprinkle w/ cheese
bake 5-10 min longer or until cheese
is melted
sprinkle w/ green onions & olives
