Ingredients
- 1 med onion, thinly sliced
- 2 TBL butter
- 1 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 2 TBL canned chopped green chilies
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 flour tortillas (8")
- 2 TBL canola oil
- 3/4 C shredded cooked chicken
- 1 TBL milk
- 1 C (4oz) shredded jack cheese
- chopped green onions
- sliced olives

Preparation
Step 1
in sm skillet, saute onion in butter
until tender
remove from heat
stir in cream cheese, chilies & salt
until blended
in anotehr skillet, cook tortillas in oil
over med heat until warmed & lightly
browned on both sides
drain on paper towels
spoon 1/4 of cream mix down center of
each tortilla
sprinkle w/ chicken
roll up & place seam side down in 8"
square baking dish coated w/
cooking spray
bake uncovered @350 for 15 min
brush tops w/ milk
sprinkle w/ cheese
bake 5-10 min longer or until cheese
is melted
sprinkle w/ green onions & olives
