Bran-ana Nut Mini-Loaves
By dette
Wonderfully moistk, this fiber-rich banana bread is loaded with the great taste of fresh banans. My favorite way to bake this batter is to create two mini-loaves so I can use one and freeze the other. If you prefer to make one large loaf, ake the batter in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan at 350 for 50-60 minutes,

Just because something is made with fruit doesn't mean it's better for you. One pice of Starbucks' Banana Nut Loaf packs 490 calories and more sugar and carbs than their Double Iced Cinnamon Roll.
