Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds butternut squash, peeled and cut into
- chunks
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast meat,
- cut into chunks
- 1 large green bell pepper, seeded, de-ribbed and cut
- into chunks
- 1/2 cup salsa, your favorite
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (16-oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients, except garbanzo beans; cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours. 15 minutes before you are ready to serve, turn heat setting to High and add garbanzo beans; cover and cook until beans are heated through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: A big salad and some whole grain rolls.
